How to delete your account
- Open Stack My Med on your iPhone.
- Go to Profile.
- Open the account or security section.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt.
What deletion removes
Account deletion removes user-owned app records such as profile data, cabinet items, scan sessions, label photos and file metadata, schedules, adherence logs, usage records, AI audit records, anonymous auth links, live activity records, and related app data that Stack My Med is not legally required to retain.
Some operational records may be retained only when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial records.
Apple subscriptions
Deleting your Stack My Med account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. If you have Premium, cancel it separately in Apple ID subscription settings.
